Services

A&P Grant Writing LLC provides professional grant research, writing, and related consulting services on an hourly basis at the rate published on the website, currently $110 per hour. All work begins only after mutual agreement on scope and estimate.

No guarantee of funding

Grant writing is a professional service. We do not guarantee that any proposal will be funded. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not accept contingency fees or a percentage of awarded funds.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and timely feedback. You retain ownership of all final submitted materials. You are responsible for the accuracy of factual claims about your organization that you supply to us.

Intellectual property

Drafts and final work product created for you become your property upon full payment. Our processes, templates, and website content remain the property of A&P Grant Writing LLC.

Confidentiality

We treat your organizational documents and program information as confidential and use them only to perform the services you request.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific services in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riverside County, California.
